Moscow. Farid Akberov – APA. “The situation over Gabala RLS can not have impact on the Azerbaijan-Russia friendly relations”, Deputy chairman of the Russian Federation Council, Senator Ilyas Umakhanov told APA’s Moscow correspondent.
He said that the two countries had strong relations: “I consider that the current situation between Russia and Azerbaijan is temporary discrepancy of the sides. This discrepancy can not have impact on the Azerbaijan-Russia and interstate relations. I’m sure that any difficult problem is solved on the basis of the presidents’ political wills. I would like to believe that this problem between Russia and Azerbaijan will be solved.”
