The minister informed the guest in details about the emergency management in the republic and activity of the ministry’s subordinate organizations, APA reports quoting the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The ambassador was also informed that the Azerbaijani ministry is interested in extension of cooperation with the relevant organizations of Georgia for prevention of natural and industrial disasters and quick elimination of their results.
In his turn, the ambassador thanked the minister for the warm meeting and emphasized the importance of further extension and development of the cooperation between the relevant organizations of the countries.
The minister and ambassador exchanged opinions on other mutually interesting issues.
