Igor Popov: During this visit we will present the report of the assessment mission on Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents

Baku. Viktoria Dementyeva â€“ APA. OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will present the report of the assessment mission on Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, said Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov, who has arrived in Baku today, APA reports.

Russian co-chair said the report will also be presented to Armenian President.

Igor Popov noted that within the framework of the visit of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to the region he first arrived in Azerbaijan. The other co-chairs will arrive in Baku soon.

Noting that the aim of the visit is to continue the peace talks on Nagorno Karabakh problem, the diplomat said the meetings will be held tomorrow. According to him, killing of 9-year-old Aghdam resident Fariz Bedelov will also be discussed during the visit.

Igor Popov said they will be in Azerbaijan tomorrow, in Yerevan on March 16. He said there is no exact information on their visit to Nagorno Karabakh.
