Anjey Kasprshik: â€œI have submitted the report on results of monitoring conducted in relation to murder of Azerbaijani child to OSCE Chairpersonâ€

Kasprshik said that after Bedelovâ€™s murder he addressed the sides to conduct monitoring at the site of the incident: â€œThat day, we planned to conduct monitoring on other direction of the front line. But it fortuned that, we had to conduct two monitoring on one day. My group got acquainted with the site of the incident. We made a report on results of the monitoring after listening to local governmental bodies and local commanders. Today, I have submitted this report to OSCE Chairperson who is on a visit to Bakuâ€.

Note that, co-chairs asked Kasprshik to investigate the fact of Bedelovâ€™s murder. But personal representative says that he has not mandate for conducting of investigation: â€œNow we can only conduct monitoring. Investigation needs experts, financial support. But at present, we can learn the situation on the frontlineâ€.

To APAâ€™s question on the date of investigation, Kasprshik said: â€œThe co-chairs have today arrived in the region. We will discuss the details of this issue at the meeting with co-chairs. The measures to be taken will depend on the results of those discussionsâ€.
