Azerbaijan and Russian â€œbrain trustsâ€ to sign cooperation memorandum

The main purpose of the memorandumâ€™s signing is the establishment of conditions for both countriesâ€™ leading â€œbrain trustsâ€ experts to exchange their view on Russia-Azerbaijan relations, international policy and geopolitical situation in the region.

For this purpose the delegation led by SRC deputy director Gulshan Pashayeva will leave Azerbaijan for Moscow on March 13. The roundtable on the topic â€œRole of Russia and Azerbaijan in the security of the Caucasusâ€ will be held in RISI after the signing of the memorandum between Russian and Azerbaijan â€œbrain trustsâ€ on March 14.

Russian well-known political experts, the specialists on regional and international relations will also attend the meeting. The attendees will pay attention to the current political, economical and cultural relations and exchange view on the perspectives of the relations.

On March 15 SRC delegation will attend the next event on the topic â€œRussia-Azerbaijan relations in the South Caucasus contextâ€ which will be organized at Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

During the visit SRC delegation will hold meeting with Russian well-known experts and exchange view on some regional important strategic projects.
