Azerbaijani President receives Albanian Foreign Minister

Baku â€“ APA. Azerbaijanâ€™s President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister of Albania Edmond Haxhinasto, APA reports. Edmond Haxhinasto said there are broad opportunities to develop all-round relations between Albania and Azerbaijan.

Minister said current political relations between Azerbaijan and Albania can be further extended both on bilateral level and within the framework of the international organizations. He underlined that the countries will continue to support each other and said there are broad opportunities for the development of the economic relations.

Ilham Aliyev said that Azerbaijan is interested in the development of the bilateral relations with Albania.

Noting the existence of active dialogue between Azerbaijan and Albania, the head of state said the countries should support each other and establish strong cooperation. President expressed his confidence that the visit of Edmond Haxhinasto will be significant in terms of discussing with Azerbaijani counterparts the future plans on the development of cooperation.
