Azerbaijan’s First Lady meets with US ambassador

Baku - APA. On March 4, Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO Mehriban Aliyeva met with US ambassador to our country Matthew Bryza, APA reports citing AzerTag state agency. Touching upon high-level Azerbaijan-US relations, Aliyeva wished success to the ambassador in his activity in direction of development of mutual ties between our countries.
Aliyeva gave the guest information about multibranch activity of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and said that the Foundation helped the propaganda of prosperity, culture and history of Azerbaijan by realization of different social-economic, cultural projects.
In turn, Bryza appreciated the activity of the Foundation and noted the importance of the realized projects.
Satisfaction was expressed at the meeting about the successful development of bilateral relations in different spheres between Azerbaijan and US which based on strategic cooperation principle.
