Azerbaijani embassy in Argentina holds event on Khojaly genocide

Baku â€“ APA. Azerbaijani embassy in Argentina held the commemorative event on Khojaly genocide.

Azerbaijani FM told APA that the representatives of the Argentinean socio-political circles, youth organizations, NGOs, countryâ€™s various religious communities, Mass media and Azerbaijani society attended the event. In his speech Azerbaijani ambassador to Argentina Mammad Ahmadzadeh spoke about Armeniaâ€™s aggression against Azerbaijan especially Khojaly genocide.

Secretary of Azerbaijan Artists’ Union, people’s artists Aghali Ibrahimov who is on visit to Argentina shared his memories on Khojaly genocide and its victims.

The documentary film â€œDuaâ€ which was shot by the order of Azerbaijani Miistry of Culture was shown to the attendees. Then the internet website http://www.justiciaparajodyali.org/ created in Argentina within the framework of Khojaly genocide was presented to the attendees.

The photo session on Khojaly tragedy was also shown within the event.

Ambassador Ahmadzadeh gave private interviews to Mass Media representatives on the genocide.
