Sometimes there were misunderstandings due to the opening of Armenian-Turkish borders, but Turkish top officials pointed out that there will be no relations with Armenia until liberation of Karabakh lands from the occupation. Our Azerbaijani brothers must be sure of this issue. We never hurt our brothers, there is no other question and we must only deepen our friendship and brotherhood. Kars-Tbilisi-Baku railway will intensify travels between the two countries. Many families in Kars have their relatives in Azerbaijan. Kars is an important cultural center. We will be closer after the railway will connect us with Nakhchivan tooâ€.
