Armenia, whish is posturing as the â€œRussian strategic partnerâ€, invites Turkey, Iran, Syria and China to the region and creates companions for Russiaâ€™s share. All of these have no relations to the Azerbaijanâ€™s position toward above-mentioned statesâ€, said head of the Political Innovations and Technologies Center, political analyst Mubariz Ahmadoglu, APA reports. He said Azerbaijan advocated for diversified regional cooperation policy: â€œThe question is about the analysis of behavior of Armenia, which is posturing as the â€œRussian strategic partnerâ€. 20 years have passed since USâ€™ entering the area of Russiaâ€™s influence, but there is still no coordination between them. China is considered as the futureâ€™s world leader. If Armenia invites China to the region, Azerbaijan can not remain indifferent to it and has to show positive attitude to the Chinaâ€™s regional interests. China has the second powerful economy in the world and it is one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council. Armeniaâ€™s GDP can be compared with GDP of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan. Armeniaâ€™s boaster essence is related to completely different issuesâ€.

Mubariz Ahmadoglu said Turkey also couldnâ€™t remain indifferent to Chinaâ€™s involvement in the region. â€œThe Uigur problem will remain a source of tensions between these countries for long time. Armeniaâ€™s inviting China to the region will force the Turkeyâ€™s politicians to be skeptical about Russia, because Turkey will understand that Armenia makes this step under the Russiaâ€™s pressure. Doubts between Russia and Turkey will be shown in Kurdish separatism in Turkey and in the North Caucasus problems in Russia. It is very difficult to make Turkish politician to believe in existence of normal needs of Armenia which are not possible to be met by Russia. Armenia, being a strategic partner of Russia, wouldnâ€™t intend to approach Turkey. Armenian-Turkish protocols must not be on agenda.

Armenia, as a strategic partner of Russia, wouldnâ€™t cause to clash Iranian and Russian natural gas in its territory. Iran purchases natural gas from two CIS countries â€“ Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. It means that while being a gas giant, Iran needs to buy gas abroad. Armenia can sell 2-3 bln cubic meters of Russian gas to Iran per year via the existing infrastructure. Russia will abate gas price for Armenia under such deal.

Armenia, as a strategic partner of Russia, would create conditions for exploitation of Moscow-Yerevan railway instead of construction of economically useless mythic Iran-Armenian railway.
