Azerbaijanâ€™s ruling party expects unbiased report from OSCE fact-finding mission

Gurbanli reminded that OSCE is the organization, which takes mission of peaceful solution to Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict. He said the co-chairs were regularly visiting the region, but there are still no concrete results. â€œThe fact-finding mission conducted investigation in the region for two times, analyzed the situation and prepared report. These reports are necessary because Armenia establishes illegal settlements in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, destroys our material and spiritual monuments, causes ecological disaster, as well as conducts illegal construction work. Armenia produces narcotic drugs in the occupied territories. All of these are against the international lawâ€.

Gurbanli said Azerbaijan and world community should know what Armenians are doing in these territories. He said it would be better if the mission released its report within the co-chairsâ€™ visit to the region. â€œUnfortunately they didnâ€™t it. The fact-finding mission must release its report and it must be unbiased report. Otherwise the international organizations will lose confidence in their objectivityâ€.
