Polad Bulbuloglu: â€œCooperation between Azerbaijani and Russian intelligences have been directed to save societies of both countries from addictionâ€

To him, cooperation between intelligences of Azerbaijan and Russia has been directed to save societies of both countries from addiction: â€œIn Azerbaijan, this problem is coped by the Ministry of National Security, but in Russia there is special body for it - Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation. Without regard to name, cooperation between the intelligences of the two countries, mutual understanding and faith in one another is a very good signâ€.

Russian Federal Drug Control Service chief Viktor Ivanov said that cooperation agreement signed with Azerbaijani Ministry of National Security in January of the current year created good legal basis for struggle against drug in both countries. To question â€œDo you share anxiety of Azerbaijani side on illegal turnover of drug in Karabakh?â€ Ivanov responded: â€œDrug is a drug. Without regard to place, if there is information on transfer of drugs anywhere, our organization will take measures in this regardâ€.
