Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament meets with Wolfgang Grossruck

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA. Deputy speaker of the Parliament Bahar Muradova met with OSCE PA Vice-President Wolfgang Grossruck, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports. Delivering speech at the meeting, as mediator of post-election observation mission in Azerbaijan, Muradova highly assessed OSCE PA Vice-Presidentâ€™s visit to our country. Vice-speaker noted that report related to parliamentary elections held in Azerbaijan in November of last year had been entered to the agenda of OSCE PAâ€™s winter session. Muradova said that though some faults were recorded during the parliament elections, these faults did not impact on the result of elections.

In turn, Grossruck said that economy of Azerbaijan had already become stronger, democracy was being developed. Thanks to this development, Azerbaijan deserves the support of the international community: â€œNevertheless, we can not speak about comprehensive development in Azerbaijan. Because, instability in the region should not be neglected. It is one of the main factorsâ€.
