Washington hosts presentation of book called "The Nagorno Karabakh Conflict - A Legal Analysis"

The Washington Center for Azerbaijani Studies and The Elliott School of International Affairs of George Washington University will be having an event with presentation of book called "The Nagorno Karabakh Conflict - A Legal Analysis", written by German scholar Heiko Krueger, on February, 16th. Washington analysts on the conflict, diplomats and student are expected to participate at the event.

In his book, already on sell on Washington counters, Mr.Krueger talks about historical outline and legal significance of the conflict, as well as, the UN resolutions and current situation of the peace negotiation.

â€œInternational organizations and third countries are seen o be playing a double-handed game which, as in previous centuries, is concerned with security strategic spheres of influence and natural resources in the Caucasus region and in burgeoning Azerbaijan in particularâ€, - says the author at the introduction of the book.
