The diplomat said it was connected with both technical problems and non-completion of the procedures inside the state.
“Therefore, symmetric steps can not be taken with regard to the countries that have abolished visa requirements for the citizens of Azerbaijan,†he said.
Elkhan Polukhov expressed his gratitude to the countries that had abolished visa requirements for the citizens of Azerbaijan and underlined that the ministry continued taking steps to solve the issue.
