Resolution on Nagorno Karabakh prepared in Lithuanian Seimas

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA. Resolution on Nagorno Karabakh has been prepared in Lithuania and 50 members of the Seimas signed this document, Speaker of Lithuanian Seimas Irena Degutene told journalists, APA reports.

To her, the resolution related to Nagorno Karabakh will be soon brought up to discussion at the Seimas: â€œI hope that this document will be adopted. We are chairing the OSCE now and as always, our country recognizes territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Position of our country is unchangeable. Our position is that the principle of territorial integrity must be taken as the basis in the negotiations process on peaceful solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflictâ€.

Degutene also added hat his country was interested in development of bilateral relations with Azerbaijan. Possessors from Lithuanian also accompany him in this visit. Remind that tomorrow Baku will host Azerbaijan-Lithuania business forum.

Speaker of Lithuanina Seimas arrived in Azerbaijan. Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova and other officials welcomed the guest at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
