President Ilham Aliyev said that relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan had been built on principles of friendship and brotherhood and expressed confidence in rapid development of relations in national intelligence field, as in other fields.
The President noted the necessity of strengthening security measures in the region and said the development of Turkish-Azerbaijan relations would have a positive impact on the region as a whole.
