Lithuanian Business Confederation and representatives of Vilniusâ€™ University to sign a pact of collaboration with partners in Azerbaijan

On the 8th-10th of February the Speaker of Lithuanian Parliament Irena DegutienÄ— followed by a large delegation of Lithuanian businessmen, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan. Irena DegutienÄ— will meet the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, leaders of the parliament and the government.
On the 8th - 10th of February Azerbaijani â€“ Lithuanian business forum will take place. During the business forum the representatives of Lithuanian Business Confederation as well as representatives of Vilniusâ€™ University will sign a pact of collaboration with partners in Azerbaijan.

On the 10th of February a concert dedicated to the Lithuaniaâ€™s Independence Day will take place in the State Philharmonic of Azerbaijan. Lithuanian pianist MÅ«za RubackytÄ— will perform together with the Chamber Orchestra of Azerbaijan. â€œI am very delighted to invite the Bakuâ€™s audience to listen to the pianist MÅ«za RubackytÄ—, who is one of the most important pianists of the world. I think this concert will be the best gift to our guests who will be together with us to celebrate our National Dayâ€, said KÄ™stutis Kudzmanas, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to Azerbaijan.

On the same night in the State Philharmonic an exhibition dedicated to one of the greatest Lithuanian artists M. K. ÄŒiurlionis will be opened. MÅ«za RubackytÄ— will perform some of M. K. ÄŒiurlionisâ€˜s masterpieces for he was not only an artist but a wonderful composer as well.
