“Armenian side’s position is that the body is in “no one’s zoneâ€. The body is not on Karabakh side and is in a neutral zone and Azerbaijan can come and pick upâ€, said Manoyan.
Manoyan said security of this process was a responsibility of the International Committee of the Red Cross. “The ICRC tries to resolve this issue. Concretely they don’t fulfill their functions. I think ICRC failed that missionâ€.
