The other important initiative of the Turkmen state to build a permanent platform for a political dialogue on disarmament issues in Central Asia and the Caspian Sea Basin as an integral historical and geographical space, where the strategic global centre of major energy, transportation and communication nodes is being formed, is aimed at ensuring peace and security.
Ataeva noted that political and military security could not last long without economic, energy and food safety, struggle against spread of international terrorism, narcomania, mass destruction weapon and other calls.
