Author of the draft law, Irs Party leader Raffi Ovvannisyan offered to delay voting of the document for two weeks. He noted that issue should be given national character.
Remind that, Armenian government is contrary to adoption of the draft law. Deputy foreign minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said in his speech at the parliament that current time was not convenient for recognition of Nagorno Karabakh.
