Khalaf Khalafov meets with Foreign Minister of Liechtenstein

Baku â€“ APA. Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov met with Foreign Minister of the Princedom of Liechtenstein Aurelia Frick. They discussed the bilateral relations and continuation of the mutual activity within the framework of the international organizations, Foreign Ministryâ€™s press service told APA. The sides appreciated the friendship relations between Azerbaijan and Liechtenstein. They expressed their satisfaction with the cooperation within the framework of various international relations, discussed the opportunities for deepening the political, economic and cultural cooperation. Khalaf Khalafov informed the Minister about the economic reforms carried out in our country, dynamic economic development, situation in the region, heavy results of Armeniaâ€™s aggression against Azerbaijan, negotiations on the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict held within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group. Khalaf Khalafov underlined that energy, transport and communication projects of regional and international importance initiated by Azerbaijan served the sustainable development and stability in the region.

Aurelia Frick noted that Liechtenstein is ready for cultural and economic cooperation with Azerbaijan and intends to continue the cooperation within the framework of the international organizations. Azerbaijanâ€™s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Swiss Confederation and Princedom of Liechtenstein Murad Najafbeyli also attended the meeting.
