In this respect, Swiss diplomats had phone talks with their Turkish and Armenian counterparts.
“There is no problem for us. The same proposal has been discussed with Yerevan as well. The protocols have been frozen by Armenia. And it must thaw the protocols again. We always welcome well-wishing approachâ€.
