He will attend a large meeting between the Azerbaijani and Turkish delegations in Baku for establishing the Azerbaijan-Turkey Strategic Cooperation Council.
The ministers of different spheres will be in the Turkish delegation headed by the Prime Minister. Composition of the delegation and date of the visit will be specified in October or November.
The delegations will discuss the Council’s goals and directions of joint activity. “We are planning series of events in the fields of economy, energy, culture and other spheres. A number of projects will be carried out in these fieldsâ€.
The Joint Declaration on Strategic Cooperation Council between Azerbaijan and Turkey was signed on September 15, 2010 in Istanbul.
