Ali Hasanov: We have told the Turkish officials that opening of the borders with Armenia is in the interests of neither Turkey nor Azerbaijan

In both cases the aggressor regime will demonstrate more non-constructive position in the negotiations.We have informed Turkish officials about our position,â€ chief of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov told journalists, APA reports. He mentioned that Turkish officials had issued appropriate statements.
â€œHonorable Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, honorable President Abdullah Gul and other officials of Turkey have stated several times that the borders between two countries will not be opened, unless Armenia demonstrates constructive position concerning the occupied Azerbaijani territories and the problem is solved. We believe in the words of the Turkish officials and consider that Turkey will not open border with Armenia unless the stipulations are defined. It does not matter whether NATO, OSCE, Council of Europe or any other super power demand it,â€ he said.
