President Ilham Aliyev sends letter of congratulation to Ukrainian President

Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulation to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich on the occasion of the Day of Independence, President’s press service told APA. The head of state congratulated President and people of Ukraine on behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on his behalf on the occasion of the National Holiday – Day of Independence.
“Traditional friendship and partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine are dynamically developing. I am sure that the expansion of our bilateral cooperation, cooperation within the framework of regional and international organizations will further serve the interests of our countries and people, peace, stability and progress in the region.
