Lithuanian parliamentarians meet with director of Azerbaijanâ€™s Strategic Research Center

Baku â€“ APA. Members of the Lithuanian National Revival Party â€“ Minister of Culture Arunas Gelunas, Chairman of the party and member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Lithuania-Azerbaijan friendship group of the Lithuanian Sejm (parliament) Arunas Valiunskas, Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Sejm Dainius Budrus and others visited the Strategic Research Center (SRC) under the President of Azerbaijan and met with the Director of the center Elkhan Nuriyev. The SRC director informed the guests about the centerâ€™s activity â€“ publications, local and international events and prospective projects. Emphasizing the great potential for the development of cooperation between the countries in many fields, the guests expressed confidence that exchange of high-level visits and development of the political dialogue will give an impetus to the extension of relations between the countries. A number of issues of mutual interests were discussed at the meeting.
