U.S Secretary of State: â€œTime to solve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has already comeâ€

Expressing her confidence about the soonest solution to the problem, Secretary of State said that last steps, were in usually the most difficult stage of the process: â€œBut we think that this step may be productive for both sides. Both nations should live in peace and security. The regulation of Nagorno Karabakh will serve to prosperity and stability of the regionâ€.

Clinton said that there was progress in solution process of the conflict: â€œIt is time to solve the problem. We highly assess St Petersburg meeting of the Presidents. US is ready to help this process. We think that time to solve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has already come. We continue our works on the problem. But a lot of things depend on people, on their decisions and abilitiesâ€.

â€œLast year there was big activeness in direction of process of solution to the problem. But there was not any serious jump in the process. And we would like to see that jumpâ€, she added.
