Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu told APA.
The ambassador said the meeting was negotiated and its venue had not been specified yet.
“This meeting cannot contribute to the conflict solution. We declared that we don’t interfere in the negotiation process. We are trying to establish better relations between the two peoples, communities. The question is about that we have to co-exist finally and communications should be started early or later for that. We have not communicated for long time and it causes negative thoughts. We need in communication to lift these problems. Of course, these meetings can not contribute to the fundamental solution of the problem. The solution of the problem depends on the great politiciansâ€.
Azerbaijani and Armenian parliamentarians held their first meeting in Moscow on October 22, 2009.
