Judgment of European Court on Azerbaijani opposition party chairman discussed in CE Committee of Ministers

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. The judgment passed by the European Court of Human Rights on the tortures against Sardar Jalaloglu, chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party, in October happenings, 2003, was discussed at the meeting of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, the partyâ€™s press service told APA. The Committee of Ministers focused attention on the execution of the judgment and it was said that the judgment had not been executed.

The Azerbaijani government was told that the problem had not been solved and was demanded to take measures.
