The co-chairs Yuriy Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and Robert Bradtke (USA), as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk will hold talks with President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
The mediators will not visit Yerevan because of Armenian leadership will not be in the country in that time. They will travel to Yerevan some later.
During the visit, the mediators will deliver new proposals to the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia for organizing new meeting between them.
