Fikrat Mammadov spoke about the dynamic development of relations between Azerbaijan and OSCE and complex measures taken for further modernization of justice and court system in Azerbaijan.
OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut in return stressed the importance of propagation of Rule of law and was very grateful for open and productive cooperation in this direction.
