Baku –APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolence to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. According to APA, the head of state expressed deep grief on the death of large number of the Iranian citizens in the Caspian Airlines Tu-154 crash. “I share your grief and express deep condolences to You, relatives of the victims, Iranian people in own name and on behalf of Azerbaijani peopleâ€.
Iran’s Caspian Airlines Tu-154 flying from Tehran to Yerevan with 153 passengers and 15 crew members on board crashed near the Iranian city of Qazvin on July 15. Most of the victims are the Iranian citizens.
