R.Metleboglu – APA. “The most positive result we could expect from the meeting of Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian presidents in Moscow could be an agreement on the withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-Chair Yuriy Merzyakov also stressed that in his statement for the Azerbaijani journalists. It would be better if the process starts in Moscow. It could be considered the most positive pointâ€, Alexander Karavayev, Director of the Russian Post-Soviet Research Center, told APA correspondent in Moscow. He said the point which complicated the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is that there were many subjective factors. “In any case, we are observing that the Armenian side is not ready for the constructive talks and resultsâ€.
