Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2015, the authorized capital of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan stood at AZN 1.496 bln, up 13.76% from previous year, APA reports quoting consolidated financial statement of Ernst&Young.
SOCAR did AZN 963 mln extra payment to the capital in 2014, AZN 955 mln in 2013.
Retained earnings made AZN 8.348 bln, up 10.51% in annual comparison.
SOCAR got AZN 122 mln from the sale of daughter companies’ shares.
Total capital amounted to AZN 11.057 mln, up 8.09% from previous year. On April 9, the authorized capital increased AZN 329 mln.
