Kapital Bank makes changes in management

Previously, he was director of Pasha Holding LLC. Rauf Hajiyev, Araz Agayev, Afag Mustafayeva and Emin Bagirov were selected members of the Council.

Ogtay Hasanov was selected chairman of Audit Committee; Murad Ahmadov and Parvin Salmanova – members of the Committee.

Besides, the annual report on 2012 submitted by Ernst&Young company has been approved at the meeting, too.

The meeting also focused on the issue on increase of authorized capital of the bank. It was decided to raise sum of authorized capital rom AZN 50 mln up to AZN 80 mln.

At the same time, chairman of Supervision Council Mir Jamal Pashayev made changed in composition of bank’s management at the first meeting. From today Rovsan Allahverdiyev has entered upon the office of KB chief executive officer. Previously, he was Deputy CEO of PASHA Bank. Farid Mammadov was selected first deputy CEO.
