‘If we speak about tax-exempts and application of tax advantages, then yes, such concessions must be applied during certain periods, in some fields of economy. But they should not be eternal. Otherwise, these concessions will disrupt the economy itself, postpone development of economic system. That is why, I think there must be a strategy on such concessions, the concessions must be analyzed seriously and serious messages must be sent to economy during rendering a decision related to tax-exempt. And those messages should include an answer on function of tax-exempt’.
