Turanbank gets 31% rise in assets last year

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2013 TuranBank assets totaled AZN 217.6 million with a rise of 31.3% for 2012.

The Bank informs that by the reported date its loan portfolio reached AZN 161.5 million (+38.1% for 2012). The deposit portfolio grew by 18.6%. In its structure, time deposits totaled AZN 59.8 million (+12.6%).

Aggregate capital of TuranBank grew by 41.9% and amounted to AZN 33.9 million. Bank’s authorized capital reached AZN 30 million (+36.4%).

By the end of 2012 TuranBank’s income totaled AZN 23 million with overall expenditures for AZN 19.2 million. Bank’s balance profit was estimated at AZN 3.9 million.

At present time, the bank operates 12 branches and 20 currency exchange offices across the country.
