According to him, the banks launched relevant evaluation firms. They have neither professionalism, nor legal base. Because of they are note appraisers.
Kazimli stressed that the banks assess appraise the pledges of entrepreneurs via appraiser companies near themselves. And it causes appraisal of pledge lower than real value.
MP noted that this monopolism makes entrepreneurs to face problems in borrowing process. Because of the banks refuse to appraise the property in the region and receive them as a pledge, requires entrepreneurs to leave their property in Baku as a deposit: “This contradicts economic democracy principles and violates rights of entrepreneurs”.
