Ministry of Taxes transfers AZN 5,635 bln to state budget

Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. In January-November, 2012, the Ministry of Taxes has transferred AZN 5,634.630 mln to state budget.

The Ministry says 38.6% of these transfers made profit tax, 23.7% - VAT, 13.1% - individuals’ taxes, 7.3% - excises, 17.3% - other taxes. AZN 3,021.642 mln came from non-oil sector, up 13.9% in comparison to a year earlier.

In January-November, 66,445 tax payers were registered across the country. From July 1, 2011 to December 1, 2012 51,128 persons were electronically registered. As of December 1, total number of registered tax payers made 477,038.
