To him, only 20% of GDP, which is expected to grow by 2 times at the cost of non-oil sector by 2020, will fall to share of oil sector. And it means that economy's dependence on oil will be completely eliminated. Mustafayev noted that at present, 485 of GDP is formed at the cost of oil, 525 – non-oil sector.
The minister also added that 2.2%-growth recorded in 2012 was formed at the cost of non-oil sector. This year, total economic growth has reached 3.2% by means of 10.5%-growth of non-oil GDP.
