Azerbaijan sees 29% rise in money supply in manat

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2013, M3 money supply made AZN 16,775.3 mln, up AZN 2,872.1 mln or 20.7% from previous year.

Central Bank of Azerbaijan says money supply rose AZN 987.6 mln or 6.3% in December.

Note that M3 Board includes cash out of banks, demand and term deposits.

M2 Board of money supply rose AZN 2,809.2 mln or 25.5% to AZN 13,806.4 mln in comparison to a year earlier.

As it seems, cash manat money supply rose AZN 2,098.4 mln or 29.3% throughout the year.

Cashing level in the country as of January 1, 2013, was equal to 67.1%, up percentage points from year earlier.
