APA reports that Mammadov said all spheres of Azerbaijani economy, especially non-oil sector is developing rapidly and revenue from this field increases day-by-day. The minister spoke about tax reforms realized in the country, achievements gained in tax administration and information technologies sphere, e-services rendered to taxpayers.
Head of the Federal Administration of Public Revenue in Argentina Ricardo Echegaray noted that Azerbaijan established good relations with both Europe and countries of the East. He appreciated Azerbaijani interest in establishment of close relations with countries of American continent. Noting the importance of data and practice exchange in tax administration, Echegaray said that practice of both countries is very significant and both Azerbaijan and Argentina can win great achievements in cooperation.
‘Federal Administration of Public Revenue in Argentina has big practice in tax collection from oil and gas extraction and it is ready to share practice with Azerbaijan’, added Echegaray.
After the bilateral meeting Azerbaijani and Argentinean governments signed agreement on tax data exchange.
