According to APA-Economics, the company has developed a new service SMS-information designed to simplify the process of obtaining customer information on the settlement of their losses on contracts in automobile insurance. From now on, the company's customers will receive the SMS-notification of commencement of the case and the appointment of experts responsible for the settlement of the case, the stage of consideration and the completion of the case.
This service is free for customers. Every customer will receive SMS-notification of the insurer on mobile phone regardless of mobile operator.
