Azerbaijanâ€™s economy rises 3.2% year-on-year

State Statistical Committee says 54.6% of value added was formed in industrial spheres, 7.1% - in construction complexes, 7.6% - in trade and paid services, 6% - in transport, 1.8% - in communication enterprises, 2.4% - in agrarian sector and 13.4% - in other sectors.

Per head value added made AZN 902.6 ($1,150.1) during the reporting period, up 1.8% from year earlier.

48.9% of value added was formed in non-oil sector, up 10.5% compared with a year earlier. In oil gas sector, the value added decreased by 2.5%.

Note that the GDP is expected to be AZN 51.379 bln, economic growth – 2.2% this year.
