YapiKredi Bank Azerbaijan posts 92% rise in loan portfolio

BakÄ±. Elnur HÃ¼seynquluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, YakiKredi Bank Azerbaijanâ€™s (former KoÃ§Bank AzÉ™rbaycan) assets stood at AZN 82.973 million, up 21.4% from a year earlier.
The bank said loan portfolio rose 91.6% to AZN 23.618 million, deposit portfolio increased 0.6% to AZN 54.743 million, total capital grew 45% to AZN 15.359 million and authorized share capital reached AZN 6.349 million.
Revenues for January-June rose 52.9% to AZN 5.775 million and expenditures increased 99.5% to AZN 2.911 million.
Profit rose 23.5% to AZN 2.864 million and net profit increased 22.4% to AZN 2.184 million.
The bank established 2 ATMs and 12 POS terminals over the past year. The number of the bankâ€™s staff rose 66% to 83.

YapiKredi Bank Azerbaijan, owned by Turkeyâ€™s YapiKredi Bank (80%) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) (20%), has been in operation since 2000.
the bank operates 2 branches, 12 ATMs and 38 POS terminals.
