The bank said deposit portfolio rose 4.42% to AZN 2.644 million, total capital increased 41.5% to AZN 10.160 million and authorized capital went up $52.9% to AZN 9.925.
Compared to the same period last year, revenues fell 40.5% to AZN 123 880 and expenditures decreased by 2.3 times to AZN 86 790. Profit rose by 5.8 times to AZN 37 090.
The number of the bank staff decreased 4% to 24.
Kovsar Bank was established as Universal Bank in 1989. Kovsar Bank is a member of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions and Association of Islamic Banks.
