Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Azerdemiryolbank plans to complete the distribution of an EBRD loan for the business financing.
Azerdemiryolbank received a $14 million credit line of which $4 million are earmarked for on-lending to small and medium-sized enterprises and $10 million was made available to micro and small enterprises.
Roman Amirjanov, Chairman of the Board, said the $10 million part of the credit line has been distributed.
He noted that the bank has todate received in total more than $100 million from foreign financial institutions, incuding $38 million from EBRD.
As of July 1, Azerdemiryolbank’s assets stood at AZN 200.2 million, loan portfolio at AZN 153.2 million, deposit portfolio at AZN 61.5 million, total capital at AZN 32.8 million and authorized capital stood at AZN 13.3 million.
Azerdemiryolbank has been in operation since 1989.
