It is impossible to hold talks to end the war without Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during a joint press conference on the results of his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara, APA's Istanbul correspondent.
He noted that the talks between Russia and the US in Riyadh were unexpected: "This was a surprise for us, I think it was a surprise for many people. We learned about this meeting from the press."
Zelenskyy also stressed that he wanted the war to end on fair terms.
In addition, the Ukrainian leader thanked the Turkish side for its support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of his country.
