Russia, having agreed to stop the attack on energy infrastructure, intended to launch a massive attack against Ukraine by accumulating more missiles and drones, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a press conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Kyiv, APA reports.

Zelensky noted that the scale of Russia's recent attacks has increased, and that 71 missiles and 450 UAVs were used in the last attack in cold weather:

"The weapons that Russia would use for the attack immediately after the Abu Dhabi talks were over were generally small. But they postponed the attack, increased the number of missiles and drones and attacked on the coldest days."

Zelensky did not say what military steps Ukraine would take in response to Russia's massive attack. He said that Ukraine is trying not to disclose its military plans to the enemy.

"We always try not to inform the enemy of our military plans and actions," he stressed.

He said that Ukraine continues to strengthen its defenses, despite Russia's targeting of the country's energy infrastructure.
